Tips for a Successful Campaign
- Share Your Page: Use the “Share Fundraiser” button at the top of your unique fundraiser page to post your campaign across multiple platforms, such as social media, email, or text.
- Tell Your Story: Personalize your fundraising page by sharing why this cause is important to you.
- Engage Your Network: Regularly update your supporters with milestones and express gratitude for their contributions.
Terms and Conditions
By starting a fundraiser, you acknowledge the following:
- Hospital Outreach: Ashlie’s Embrace will contact the donor’s requested hospital(s), but placement is subject to hospital acceptance.
- Alternate Placements: If a requested hospital cannot accept the donation, Ashlie’s Embrace will place the CuddleCot at an alternate hospital in need, which may not be local to the donor. Any travel expenses for an in-person dedication will be the responsibility of the donor.
- Hospital Policies: Hospitals may refuse in-person dedications. In such cases, the CuddleCot will be shipped directly to the hospital.
- Placement Timeline: While we strive for timely placements, unforeseen circumstances may extend the process to several months or more. Updates will be provided when possible.
- Donation Policy: All donations are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- Ownership: CuddleCots remain the property of Ashlie’s Embrace until placement is completed.
- Inactive Campaigns: Campaigns inactive for 12 months will be merged into the general fund and used for future placements. These placements will include a general memorial plaque branded with Ashlie’s Embrace verbiage.
- Public Visibility of Fundraiser Content: By participating in a peer-to-peer fundraiser, you acknowledge that your campaign, including photos and details, will be publicly accessible on the website, social media, and may appear in search engine results. Sharing content online means it may be visible to a wider audience, so we recommend sharing in a way that feels comfortable for you.

***Important Update on 2024 Platform Migration***
Ashlie’s Embrace migrated to a new fundraising platform at the end of 2024. As part of this transition, all peer-to-peer fundraisers on our previous platform were deactivated effective December 1, 2024.
Active campaigns—those with activity in the past 12 months—were migrated to the new system, and fundraising totals were updated to reflect their current status. If your campaign was migrated, you would have received an email with your new fundraising link. If you didn’t receive this email, please contact us at info@ashliesembrace.org.
Campaigns that had no activity in the previous 12 months were archived. If your campaign was archived and you wish to fundraise again in the future, we encourage you to start a new campaign through our new platform.
